Parti Model

The Parti Model highlights the central concept by focusing on the interior living space, allowing the wooden core to stand out while omitting the external warehouse walls to emphasize the design's essence.

Circulation Model

The Circulation Model focuses on the hidden staircase connecting the public and private spaces. Concealed behind a wooden wall, each step ingeniously incorporates a drawer, only visible when opened, blending function with design.

Sightlines Model

The Sight Lines Model highlights the inward-facing design of the courtyard house. With no windows to the outside, all views are directed inward, ensuring privacy and creating an intimate connection within the enclosed space.

Poché Model

The Poché Model captures the intersection of diverse materials, showcasing how exterior and interior elements like the sliding door, windows, and walls merge. It reveals the connection between the children’s and parents' rooms through a sectional cut, highlighting materiality and orientation.

Detail Model

The Detail Model highlights the transition between the exterior brick walls and the interior wooden core. It illustrates how wood becomes visible from outside while remaining protected by the brick shell. The entrance smoothly blends materials, offering a glimpse inside while maintaining privacy.
