A thorough analysis of the ambiance in Restaurant Anker was conducted, using identical materials to replicate its sensory experience. Through detailed material and color research, 25 key elements, referred to as modis, were identified, emphasizing the contrasts and connections that define the restaurant's ambiance.

 

The analysis was presented through a model featuring four distinct rooms, each demonstrating how materials and colors shape the sensory experience. This project highlights the process of crafting ambiance in a dining setting.
