Description
Strategic improvements in the work environment were developed based on a detailed analysis of CH Media's brand and office space, tailored to meet employee needs. After studying their current space and work settings, I developed a strategy to evaluate each area’s strengths and weaknesses. Employee interviews and a workshop provided further insights, helping to identify areas for improvement in the future office design.
The research led to user-centered design solutions, aligning the workspace with the employees' needs and enhancing both functionality and experience.
