Description
A historic church was transformed into a modern art gallery, carefully preserving its original structure while introducing contemporary elements. Elevated aluminum frames and white linoleum flooring create the illusion of ‘floating,’ integrating essential systems like ventilation and electrical outlets without altering the building.
The design balances respect for heritage with modern aesthetics, using black polished glass and durable materials. Flexible, modular aluminum frames ensure future adaptability, resulting in a minimalist, contemporary space that enhances the visitor experience and honors the building’s historical significance.
